The food program at Employees Only LA, led by Chef Sascha Lyon, expands on EO's food program in a variety of ways. The Employees Only LA menu includes some of the most popular dishes off EO's New York menu — like the Handcut Steak Tartar, Bone Marrow Poppers, and Bacon Wrapped Lamb Chops — as well as some new dishes by Chef Sascha Lyon and available only in Los Angeles, including his Pan Roasted Halibut; Seared Wild Caught Atlantic Sea Scallops; Rillettes of Duck, Rabbit and Pork; Bacon Double Cheeseburger; and a selection of new appetizers, salads, sides and vegetables, as well as pizzas made in EO LA's wood-fired pizza oven.
